1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) and SIA “RAUDA” (registration number: 49002002474), a company registered in Latvia, operating the Edge Print HD website at https://edgeprinthd.com/ (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receiving your order. Your order will only be accepted once we have dispatched the products to you and sent you a dispatch confirmation email.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery Terms

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe specified on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For international orders, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

5.2 Delivery Issues

If your order is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of any damage to process claims with our shipping partners. For non-delivery issues, please first check with neighbors and local postal facilities before contacting us.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error in production.

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at sales@edgeprinthd.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6.2 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
